When it came to market expertise, well-thought market plan, and addressing my personal needs, Lusine was an easy choice to make in picking out the right real estate agent. She was excellent at supplying all tools needed to complete the sale of the house. My house was equipped with all the signs, posters, and online ads. She would even go above and beyond by taking time out of her day and attending the inspections needed to close escrow. Every weekend after the house went into the market, Lusine would have an open house and would make sure the house was spotless for all the guests attending.
